Wibbi expands its Fusion integration with remote therapeutic monitoring for adult PT practices

Wibbi today announced that remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) is now available inside Ensora Health’s Fusion EHR, expanding an integration that brought Wibbi’s home exercise programs to Fusion in June. For adult practices, RTM turns the clinical work of monitoring patients between visits into a reimbursable service, billed directly from the patient chart and suited to the Medicare-heavy adult payer mix.

What RTM adds to the Fusion integration:

• A reimbursable service. RTM is a Medicare-reimbursed service that pays practices for monitoring patients between visits. Documentation flows from the chart to billing.
• Home exercise programs are the foundation of RTM, since they are the exercises therapists monitor. Because HEP lives in the patient chart and connects directly to the RTM workflow, every assigned exercise, completion rate, and compliance signal tracks into Fusion automatically and flows into billing. Nothing is logged in a separate tool and re-entered by hand, which is where documentation errors occur, so monitoring reflects what patients actually do between visits.

The clinical case for monitoring between visits continues to build. In a 2025 study published in Archives of Rehabilitation Research and Clinical Translation, patients supported by remote therapeutic monitoring reached their functional benchmarks at a higher rate than those who were not, 72% compared with 63%.
