Building on the home exercise program (HEP) integration already live between the two platforms, SPRY clinics can now activate a new RTM revenue stream and monitor patient progress between visits, without leaving the workflow they already use every day.
The RTM integration begins rolling out to SPRY clinics on July 28th, 2026.
Wibbi and SPRY first integrated to let therapists build and assign evidence-based home exercise programs directly from their SPRY documentation, giving clinicians a faster way to prescribe and giving patients a more engaging way to follow through. That integration solved the prescription side of care between visits.
RTM is the natural next step. With this expansion, the activity, adherence, and outcomes data Wibbi captures become the foundation for a billable, reimbursable RTM program.
RTM enables rehab therapy practices to be reimbursed for the work they already do between visits: monitoring a patient’s musculoskeletal status and therapy adherence, and providing treatment management over the phone or through the platform. Under the 2026 CPT framework, clinics can bill for initial RTM setup, training, device supply and device capturing MSK data (98975, 98985, 98977) and for treatment management time (98979, 98980, 98981).
