New RTM Billing Improvements
We has released new RTM billing enhancements designed to improve flexibility and billing accuracy. A new Date Picker allows users to backdate synchronous communication and monitoring activity for codes 98979, 98980, and 98981 to an exact date during which the patient was active.
We have also updated our exported RTM Billing Report to display separate “Billed” and “Ready to Bill” columns, providing a clearer view of billing status and easier reconciliation with the Monitoring Dashboard.

New RTM Monitoring Dashboard
We’re excited to introduce the RTM Monitoring Dashboard, a new way for Wibbi users to quickly see how patients are engaging with their care and progressing toward RTM requirements. Easily filter your dashboard by clinic location or monitoring therapist to focus on the patients most relevant to you.
A convenient spreadsheet view provides patient-level details, including the RTM codes obtained for each patient, time accumulated toward each code, and whether the synchronous communication requirement has been met. With key RTM information organized in one place, the dashboard gives your team greater visibility into monitoring activity, makes it easier to identify patients who may need additional outreach, and helps simplify ongoing RTM management.

Monitoring Therapist Assignment Enhancement
Wibbi now allows users to assign a specific monitoring therapist to each patient. Once assigned, the patient is automatically added to that therapist’s My Clients list, providing clearer patient ownership and improving workflow organization.
Users can also sort and filter patients by monitoring therapists, making it easier to review therapist-specific caseloads, track patient assignments, and manage monitoring responsibilities across the team.

RTM Billing Improvements
The Bill feature has been enhanced with a new Copy to Clipboard function to streamline RTM documentation. Once a CPT code reaches either the Requirements Met or Ready to Invoice status, users can select the applicable RTM billing code(s) and click Copy to Clipboard to copy the complete, code-specific documentation to their clipboard. The copied documentation can then be pasted directly into the patient’s EMR, improving documentation efficiency and promoting consistency across records.
A key enhancement is that documentation for RTM monitoring codes can now be completed as soon as the code reaches Requirements Met, rather than waiting until the end of the calendar month.
