Therapists can now launch Wibbi straight from the Fusion daily note, build a home exercise program, and have it sync back automatically.
Fusion by Ensora Health, a leading EHR and practice management platform built for physical, occupational, and speech therapy practices, and Wibbi, a leading patient care platform for rehabilitation clinics, today announced a new integration that allows therapists to create and assign high-quality home exercise programs (HEPs) directly from within their Fusion daily note workflow. The partnership is designed to improve patient adherence, reduce therapist administrative burden, and support better outcomes across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology practices.
The integration is available to all Fusion users as an optional add-on and will begin rolling out to practices in early June 2026.
Home exercise programs are a cornerstone of rehabilitation, yet many clinics still rely on printed PDFs, manual workflows, or basic tools that offer limited clinical depth and poor patient engagement. The result is low adherence, more in-clinic visits than necessary, and added frustration for therapists who lack a reliable way to track whether patients are following through.
With this integration, Fusion users can now launch Wibbi directly from their documentation workflow, access a library of 20,000+ evidence-based exercises and 300+ templates, and assign programs in seconds, all without leaving Fusion.
This HEP integration is the first phase of a broader partnership. Over the coming months, Fusion and Wibbi will expand the integration to include remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), giving practices a connected way to track patient progress between visits and capture the documentation needed to support RTM billing. By bringing RTM into the same Fusion daily note workflow, clinics will be able to move from simply delivering care to proving its value, without adding administrative work or toggling between systems. Details on RTM availability and timing will follow.
